- We commit to customizing the platform according to client needs as agreed.
4. Our Responsibility
- We are the service provider and are not responsible for content or outcomes generated on the platform.
- We ensure data protection and technical security but cannot guarantee prevention of issues beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property
- The platform, its software, and related materials are owned by Rawasi.
- The client owns their data and content created on the platform.
6. User Obligations
- Use the platform legally and responsibly.
- Do not share login credentials with third parties.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful or unethical purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Rawasi is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the platform.
- No guarantees are made regarding profits or educational outcomes.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. New terms apply once posted on the website.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the service provider resides. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts.
