- Within the platform: We collect the following data only:

- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Student progress and grades
- Uploaded files by students and teachers
3. Data Ownership & Usage
- All data belongs to the client/academy owning the platform.
- We store data in our databases as a data processor only.
- We do not use the data for commercial or personal purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Data is hosted on a single VPS in Europe via Netcup.
- We use HTTPS and hashed passwords to secure data.
- Login is available via email/password or Google Login.
- We do not store chat messages or personal communications.
5. Payments
Rawasi does not collect any payments directly. All payments are handled by the client/academy according to their agreement with Rawasi.
6. Data Sharing
We do not share data with third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.
7. Your Rights
- You may request access to your data or correct it.
- You may request deletion of your data according to applicable laws.
